■The crushing particle size is stable. —The third stage of crushing is performed using a grid-like lower screw blade and fixed blade, ensuring stable crushing particle size. —Since no screens are used to adjust the particle size, the processing capacity per hour is high. ■Large items can be crushed without difficulty. —Thanks to the screw counter-type crushing principle and the three-stage crushing process, large items can be crushed without putting strain on any parts. Furthermore, we will solve another issue that has been troubling you. This relates to the structure of the screw blades. Regarding the contamination of metals, which can easily damage the blades in ordinary crushers: ■There is less damage to the blade edges from foreign objects (mainly small metals like nails). —Small metals such as nail remnants pass through the gap of the upper roll blade and the grid of the lower roll blade, preventing damage to the screw roll blades and fixed blades.
