• Lithium-ion battery

This document contains combustion test data for various Li-ion cells, assuming fire-related secondary ignition. A large Li-ion battery (single cell) was directly exposed to the flame of a gas burner, and the combustion process was recorded on video. Additionally, to simulate firefighting efforts, water was sprayed at the end of combustion to observe the results. We hope that those involved with Li-ion batteries will review these results and find them useful for battery development and firefighting methods. Our company supports the development of next-generation mobility with custom-made lithium-ion batteries. We can accommodate voltages from 15V to 400V (from 4 series to 120 series). • Lithium-ion battery

The "Control Circuit for Li-ion Batteries (BMS)" is a protection circuit necessary for monitoring the voltage of each cell during the use of lithium-ion batteries. Supported by the Osaka Industrial EV Development Grant, the development project for this product started in 2010 and it has various features. It can be displayed on a liquid crystal monitor, allows for changes to the setting conditions, calculates SOC, and includes correction factors, among many other diverse features.
