To more accurately predict the efficacy of drugs against kinases, it is extremely important to evaluate the interactions between target proteins and compounds in a cellular environment that closely resembles in vivo conditions, and to quantitatively measure the drug's inhibitory ability, selectivity, and affinity. In addition to measurements at equilibrium, it is also desirable to assess kinetics and consider kinetic parameters such as the drug's residence time in the optimization of drugs. Our cell-based assay service, using the NanoBRET(TM) Target Engagement (TE) Intracellular Kinase Assay System (from Promega), allows you to select your desired kinase target from a list and evaluate how your compound interacts with that target under conditions close to in vivo, providing you with quantitative results. By simply sending us your compound, you can obtain IC50 values, inhibition rates, and residence time evaluation results measured in intact cells.

We introduce human kinase genes cloned in-house into insect cells and E. coli for expression and purification. We provide high-activity protein and lipid kinases (assay grade) under strict quality control. We offer a wide range of sizes from small packaging of 5 µg to bulk quantities in mg units.
