"Film-grade Pochicon" is a composite material for recyclable thermoplastic films, created by combining a special scaly "filler" with thermoplastic resin, offering low thermal expansion coefficient and high rigidity. This product is a 3D printer filament material that incorporates potassium titanate fibers "Tismo" into a resin composite material called "Pochicon," while being compatible with general material extrusion 3D printers. When using filaments with typical reinforced fibers, there are issues where the fibers attack the 3D printer's nozzle, causing internal wear and unstable extrusion, as well as the nozzle becoming easily clogged due to the fibers, making stable long-duration printing difficult. The "semiconductor inspection jig substrate" is a board material that possesses micro-reinforcement and low wear properties while excelling in fine processing capabilities. Using a micro-diameter drill, it is possible to process round holes with a diameter of Φ20µm and a wall thickness of 3µm, which are difficult to machine. Furthermore, using a micro-diameter end mill, intricate shapes with numerous 30µm ribs can also be easily processed.
