We will perform build-up welding of aluminum bronze alloy onto a SUS304 shaft using TIG welding. Preheating will be managed using a dedicated furnace for temperature control. It is also possible to manufacture a preheating furnace tailored to the size of the product. We will also prepare manufacturing procedure documents and non-destructive testing reports.
