The "CT-120" is a fabric inspection machine that features inverter control for a slow start, which prevents the fabric from being pulled abruptly and allows for a gentle winding of the fabric. The winding tension is controlled using an air brake. Both the unwind and rewind shafts utilize air shafts. We would like to introduce the "Camera-equipped Inspection Machine (Demo Unit)" that we handle. It captures the raw material using a line camera and automatically identifies scratches and dirt. It is compatible with various types of raw materials (non-woven fabric, transparent sheets, cloth, etc.). Additionally, the inspection program can be customized according to the types and sizes of scratches or dirt you want to identify.
