ALH has the characteristic of having a decomposition starting temperature that is approximately 30 degrees higher than that of conventional aluminum hydroxide. It achieves an improvement in heat resistance through a unique method without surface treatment, enabling its use in resin components where conventional aluminum hydroxide cannot be used and facilitating halogen-free applications. 【Features】 - Dehydration temperature is approximately 20°C to 30°C higher than that of conventional aluminum hydroxide - Resistant to organic solvents, acids, and alkalis - Inorganic flame retardant with low generation of smoke, carbon monoxide, and toxic gases

Free membership registrationThe conventional bauxite has a low thermal conductivity, and its properties were not sufficient for heat dissipation applications. We have developed a high thermal conductivity type of bauxite with a thermal conductivity comparable to that of α-alumina using a special method. By filling it into plastics, rubber, sheets, greases, and other materials, it can impart high heat dissipation and thermal conductivity. Control over particle size (submicron to single micron) and particle shape (cubic, plate-like, flaky, needle-like, etc.) is possible. It can be used in various applications such as thermal conductive fillers, flame retardants, flame retardant aids, reinforcing materials, and abrasives. 【Features】 ■ High thermal conductivity comparable to α-alumina ■ Control over particle size (submicron to single micron) and particle shape (cubic, plate-like, flaky, needle-like, etc.) ■ High decomposition temperature (approximately 500°C) and excellent heat resistance ■ Low Mohs hardness (3.5 to 4) and small specific gravity (3.0 g/cm³) ■ Insoluble in acids and alkalis, demonstrating high chemical stability

Free membership registrationTraditionally, ultra-fine bemaite had low crystallinity and a low decomposition temperature (around 300°C). Our company has developed a high-crystallinity bemaite (decomposition temperature: approximately 400°C) controlled to an ultra-fine primary particle size using a special method, and we are now able to offer it. 【Features】 ■ Sub-micro filler with primary particle size controlled to ultra-fine 0.1–0.5 μm ■ Despite being ultra-fine, it possesses high crystallinity ■ Suitable for electronic components and substrates that require lightweight, compact, flame retardant, and heat-resistant properties ■ Low Mohs hardness (3.5–4) ■ Insoluble in acids and alkalis, demonstrating high chemical stability

Free membership registrationAluminum titanate is known as a low thermal expansion material and is used in the ceramics field. General powdered aluminum titanate is not suitable as a filler for resins or rubbers because it is a raw material for ceramics. Our company has developed a micro-filler of aluminum titanate with high whiteness and uniform particle size based on a precipitation method. It can be used as a low thermal expansion filler, high dielectric constant material, and ceramics raw material. In addition to the standard type, we also offer a decomposition suppression type that overcomes the ease of decomposition of aluminum titanate at high temperatures (900–1100°C). 【Features】 ■ High whiteness aluminum titanate synthesized based on a precipitation method ■ Suitable as a filler for resins and rubbers ■ Available in both standard and thermal decomposition suppression types *We have prepared a PDF document that describes an example of aluminum titanate. If you need more detailed information, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAlpha-alumina exhibits excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity and volume resistivity, but it also has issues such as high powder density (specific gravity) and high Mohs hardness. Aero-alumina is a type of alpha-alumina that has not undergone densification of crystals with pores inside, based on boehmite with controlled particle size and shape. Compared to general alpha-alumina, it features lower powder density and softness. It can be used as a thermal conductive filler, reinforcing material, abrasive, and ceramic raw material. 【Features】 ■ Alpha-alumina with pores inside the particles ■ Lower powder density than general alpha-alumina ■ Control of particle size and shape is possible ■ Suitable for thermal conductive fillers, reinforcing materials, abrasives, and ceramic raw materials *We have prepared a PDF document detailing an example of aero-alumina. If you need more detailed information, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationSo far, γ-alumina has generally been aggregates of nanosized particles. Our γ-alumina is based on boehmite with controlled particle size and shape. It is possible to control the particle size (submicron to single micron), particle shape (cubic, plate-like, flaky, needle-like, etc.), and specific surface area. In addition to applications as solid acid catalysts, catalyst supports, adsorbents, and thickeners, it can also be used as a microfiller. 【Features】 ■ γ-alumina based on form-controlled boehmite ■ Control of particle size, particle shape, specific surface area, etc. is possible ■ Usable for solid acid catalysts, catalyst supports, adsorbents, thickeners, fillers, etc. *We have prepared a PDF document that describes an example of γ-alumina. If you need more detailed information, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationKawai Lime Industry Co., Ltd.'s "Serashure" is a bauxite suitable for filler applications that has been artificially synthesized using a hydrothermal synthesis method. It is controlled to have particle shapes such as cubic, plate-like, flaky, and needle-like, as well as fine particle sizes, making it suitable as a filler for imparting functionality to plastics and rubber. 【Features】 ■ Micro-filler controlled to a single micron fine particle size ■ Shape-anisotropic filler controlled to particle shapes such as cubic, plate-like, flaky, and needle-like ■ Almost insoluble in acids and alkalis, with high chemical stability ■ Undergoes an endothermic dehydration reaction at 400-550°C, demonstrating flame retardant effects ■ Compared to alumina, it has a lower Mohs hardness (3.5-4.0) and lower specific gravity (3.0 g/cm3) ■ High dispersibility and orientation in resins, capable of imparting functions such as flame retardancy, heat resistance, reinforcement, dimensional stability, and gas barrier properties * There are also "High Thermal Conductivity Bauxite" which enhances thermal conductivity, and "Ultra-fine High Crystalline Bauxite" controlled to submicron particle sizes. For more details, please refer to the product pages for "High Thermal Conductivity Bauxite" and "Ultra-fine High Crystalline Bauxite."
