"Instead of proposing a House, we suggest a Home." That is the motto of K's Factory. We do not impose predetermined spaces. What we must prioritize in housing is the lifestyle of each individual living there. We think together with everyone to create free spaces with free ideas, realizing a completely custom-built home that is unique to each client, with no two homes being the same. We achieve residences designed to last for 200 years, suitable for use by six generations, including the clients.
