Business Activities

Design (Mechanical/Electrical) We design factory automation related to peripheral devices for machine tools, automotive industry equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, food manufacturing equipment, and factory production lines. We undertake the development and design of various industrial equipment. Parts Processing We accommodate a wide range of processing from single items to mass-produced products, and from small parts to large parts. We handle processing with 5-axis machining centers equipped with pallet changers, as well as vertical and horizontal machining centers, general-purpose milling machines, and lathes. Assembly We assemble units and complete lines involved in industries such as machine tools, automotive, semiconductor, and food. Our assembly covers everything from manual devices to fully automated systems. We also assemble in-house from prototype devices to mass production machines. We also handle on-site installation and startup. Electrical Control Department We perform internal wiring of the equipment and integrate control panels and operation panels. After software installation, we debug and complete the machine. We support PLC sequences from various manufacturers. For robots, we perform teaching tasks to ensure precise positioning.
