We offer an introductory course aimed at implementing design thinking. Our UX designer at SD Tech will explain practical content that incorporates insights and know-how gained through real-world experience in UX design, design thinking, and service design. We would like to introduce "Design Consulting," which generates ideas through human-centered design thinking. Our company promotes design based on the HCD process and creates outputs to convey user requirements to the engineering process. We will co-create a system (service design) with your team in a workshop format to continuously provide a comfortable user experience associated with your services. Additionally, we will assist with lectures on how to use tools, as well as easy-to-implement classroom sessions and exercises such as prototyping using those tools within a short period. We conduct "UX/UI Expert Reviews (Research)" at our company. We evaluate usability issues from various angles with a customer perspective, extracting challenges from a UX standpoint, such as unclear or difficult-to-use aspects.
