We would like to introduce our efforts in new materials. We offer products such as the "CNT Sheet," which achieves a permanent charge of 10^4 with a two-type, two-layer sheet vacuum-formed product, and the "High-Glide Sheet," which has good vacuum formability but experiences changes in sliding properties due to variations in thickness. We can also produce a three-type, three-layer sheet, and everything is completed within our group. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Product Lineup】 ■ CNT Sheet ■ High-Glide Sheet *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"Twin Sheet Forming" is a molding method that uses two plastic sheets to produce two vacuum-formed products, which are thermally welded together before cooling, resulting in a double structure. It enables the creation of rib-reinforced structures and hollow structures that are not possible with conventional vacuum forming. This method can provide rigidity (strength) to large plastic products made by vacuum forming and can create hollow containers. 【Features】 ■ Rib structures are possible: Increased surface strength and rigidity ■ Hollow structures are possible: Components can be pressed in, expected insulation effect ■ Lightweight design is achievable as it does not rely on adhesives or components for bonding *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
