BTA Machine 'BTA Series'

Deep hole machining is possible for hole diameters of φ30 to φ150 mm and depths of 2000 mm to 6000 mm. Product PR ■ The main body features a high-rigidity structure made of FC30 ductile cast iron. ■ High-precision machining is achievable by using a sliding surface structure with rectangular sliding guides. ■ Heavy cutting is possible with a servo-driven 4-stage variable speed gear. ■ The adoption of a large-capacity cutting oil tank and cooling system improves the cooling efficiency of the cutting oil and enables high-precision machining. ■ Vibration dampers and paper filters (optional). ■ Workpiece and tool rotation type.
