This product is a radical reaction-type polymer (acrylic acrylate) that has radical-reactive (meth)acryloyl groups added to the side chains of acrylic polymers and is cross-linked by "electron beams," "ultraviolet (UV)," and "visible light." It allows for flexible polymer design ranging from rubbery materials with low Tg (-60°C) to resins with high Tg (+200°C). Thanks to our strengths in "water-based suspension polymerization" technology and "high-viscosity compatible polymerization kettle" facilities, we can also produce solvent-free types of acrylic acrylates. The solvent-free type does not require a drying process during coating since no solvents are used, enabling thick film applications. They are suitable for UV-curable adhesives and sealants, as well as applications tailored to their respective functionalities. - We offer a lineup of three grades with different functionalities. - HIX-003UV features high refractive index/high adhesion, CRP-001 is solvent-free and highly flexible, TDC-003 has re-release properties due to dual cure, each with its own distinct characteristics. - HIX-003UV is suitable as an optical adhesive, CRP-001 is ideal for solvent-free curved surface adhesives/sealants, TDC-003 is suitable as a base resin for protective films and temporary fixing process films.
