Iron is a material that cannot be separated from our current way of life. There is a saying, "Iron is the nation," which is said to originate from a speech by Otto von Bismarck, the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Prussia and the German Empire. Even today, the production volume of iron and steel is an important indicator of national strength. The iron industry symbolizes Japan's manufacturing. In this sense, our company, which specializes in iron processing, believes in the potential to support Japan's growth alongside the development of local communities and to make significant contributions to the international community. 【Business Items】 ■ Primary Processing Equipment We utilize laser machines and twister machines for plate cutting processing. For thin plates, we use a CO2 laser machine (Mitsubishi) to cut various shapes with micron-level control. For thick steel plates, we employ a twister cutting machine (Komatsu fine plasma cutting technology), enabling high-speed cutting of plates up to 32t in thickness. Furthermore, for shape steel processing, we can perform cutting and punching using an iron worker machine (AMADA) with NC control. This allows for mass production to be handled in a short time. ■ Manufacturing Plant Equipment - Chemical reaction kettle equipment - Plant equipment piping - Automation equipment - Plant equipment maintenance ■ Tanks and Storage Equipment - Hazardous material storage, chemical storage tanks and hoppers - Filter tanks ■ Steel Frame Construction Work - Steel frame warehouses, work stages, stairs, and handrails ■ General Architectural Hardware Manufacturing - Rotating gates, glass handrail fasteners - Wide sluice gates ■ Ongoing joint project for AI program development in collaboration with industry, government, and academia.
