There is a saying, "Iron is the nation," which is said to originate from a speech by Otto von Bismarck, the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Prussia and the German Empire. Even today, the production volume of iron and steel is an important indicator of national strength. The iron industry symbolizes Japan's manufacturing. In this sense, our company, which specializes in iron processing, believes in the potential to support Japan's growth alongside the development of local communities and to make significant contributions to the international community. 【Business Items】 ■ Primary Processing Equipment We utilize laser machines and twister machines for plate cutting processing. For thin plates, we use a CO2 laser machine (Mitsubishi) to cut various shapes with micron-level control. For thick steel plates, we employ a twister cutting machine (Komatsu fine plasma cutting technology), enabling high-speed cutting of plates up to 32t in thickness. Furthermore, for shape steel processing, we can perform cutting and punching using an iron worker machine (AMADA) with NC control.
