We would like to introduce a case where "TR533" was implemented in gelato manufacturing and sales. The customer operates a doll store as their main business and started gelato manufacturing and sales as a new venture during periods other than doll demand seasons such as Hinamatsuri and Tango no Sekku. We would like to introduce a case study where the introduction of our tabletop top sealer 'TR900' has led to prevention of liquid leakage and an extension of the sales period. By sealing with a top seal instead of traditional lid packaging, air exchange has been eliminated, reducing the speed of deterioration, which ultimately allowed for an extension of the shelf life and sales period. Additionally, since liquids were being filled, there were instances of leakage during transportation due to vibrations, even with a securely fitted lid. However, this issue was improved by switching to a top seal. We would like to introduce a case where the small cup sealer for stores, 'TR-533', was implemented to solve the problem of drink leakage during takeout and food delivery at restaurants. Restaurants faced challenges such as being overwhelmed with complaint handling, rising procurement costs for container lids, and the desire to reduce costs and improve their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings.
