As a company, we have implemented numerous innovations to respond to the rising procurement costs, achieving cost reductions in packaging materials (lids) through changes in packaging format, as well as adding value by extending the shelf life. By sealing the products, we have eliminated the issue of lids coming off during transportation, allowing for safe delivery and purchase. Here is a case study introducing the implementation of "TR533" in gelato manufacturing and sales. The customer’s main business is a doll store, and they started a new venture in gelato manufacturing and sales during off-peak times when there is less demand for dolls, such as outside of the Hina Matsuri and Tango no Sekku festivals. To begin gelato sales, they faced the challenge of not being able to directly seal the lids due to the use of dairy products. As a solution, they introduced a compact top seal machine. We would like to introduce a case where "TR533" was implemented in gelato manufacturing and sales. The customer operates a doll store as their main business and started gelato manufacturing and sales as a new venture during periods other than the peak demand for dolls, such as Hinamatsuri and Tango no Sekku. In starting gelato sales, it was not permissible to directly attach lids due to the use of dairy products. As a solution, a compact top seal machine was introduced. We would like to introduce a case study where the introduction of our tabletop top sealer 'TR900' has led to prevention of liquid leakage and an extension of the sales period. By sealing with a top seal instead of traditional lid packaging, air exchange has been eliminated, reducing the speed of deterioration, which ultimately allowed for an extension of the shelf life and sales period. Additionally, since liquids were being filled, there were instances of leakage during transportation due to vibrations, even with a securely fitted lid. However, this issue was improved by switching to a top seal. We would like to introduce a case where the small cup sealer for stores, 'TR-533', was implemented to solve the problem of drink leakage during takeout and food delivery at restaurants. Restaurants faced challenges such as being overwhelmed with complaint handling, rising procurement costs for container lids, and the desire to reduce costs and improve their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings. As a result of the implementation, the introduction of the top seal machine eliminated leakage incidents, and switching from lids to top films resulted in significant cost savings.
