Microdiamant, which has contributed to customers through precision classification, has acquired the American CMP-related company Eminess Technology and has become Pureon. In addition to our high-quality diamond-related products, we will also accumulate in-house know-how regarding final finishing CMP. What is important for our customers is the final finish. Even now, we receive inquiries about our diamond polishing because customers want to shorten the CMP process time. In the future, we will comprehensively handle consultations from grinding and polishing to CMP.
Business Activities
■Diamond Grinding Pad This is a sheet-like polishing product in which diamonds are adhered to backing sheets made of materials such as urethane pads and polycarbonate using our unique technology. You can use it by sticking it to your current flat plate with double-sided tape. We believe many customers are already using similar products. If you have any concerns, please feel free to let us know. ■Diamond Powder This is diamond powder that has been precisely classified into sizes ranging from micro to nano. We offer various types, including single crystal, polycrystalline, natural, and special types. The characteristic of our powder is its consistent high quality. The uniformity of the abrasive grain quality is essential for your product manufacturing. ■Diamond Slurry This is a diamond slurry for free abrasive polishing. In addition to glycol types and oil-based or water-based liquids, various liquid formulations can be achieved based on dispersion state and compatibility with flat plates and workpiece materials. The polycrystalline diamond slurry, which combines our polycrystalline diamonds synthesized by one of the world's largest detonation methods, achieves overwhelming polishing rates and excellent surface roughness.
