Introducing a feeding stabilization device that dramatically increases the extrusion volume and filler ratio in products! At Coperion, we have developed a groundbreaking system for mechanical recycling. In conventional mechanical recycling, two extruders are typically used. The first extruder is used for melting and filtering the recycled material. The second extruder shapes the material into the desired form. With FilCo (Filtration Compounder), we achieve the above two processes with a single extruder. This reduces energy consumption by 50% and significantly decreases the required floor space.
