Innovatively increase the feed amount of filler powder!
Introducing a feeding stabilization device that dramatically increases the extrusion volume and filler ratio in products! The 'Feeding Stabilization Device (FET)' developed by Coperion uses breathable materials in the feeding zone and performs vacuum suction. As a result, it can significantly increase the feed amount of unstable raw materials that are prone to causing feed limits. In a comparison of FET on and off in the ZSK45 Mc18, an increase of approximately 100% in extrusion volume has been achieved. 【Features】 ■ Increased filler ratio, increased extrusion volume ■ Reduced specific energy due to increased extrusion volume ■ Capable of handling fine, non-compressible fillers ■ Stabilization of the process ■ Compatible with small machines ■ Applicable to all sizes of ZSK/ZS-B series ■ Filter membranes can be easily replaced as needed ■ Patent registered (EP 1 977 877 B1, EP 2 218 568 B1) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
