This is the swivel bearing with the highest production volume at Antex. Antex's swivel bearings in the size range of "outer diameter φ1000 to φ2000" are used in the swivel parts of hydraulic excavators, which have a mass of approximately 10 tons (small) to about 80 tons (large). We are capable of producing large slewing bearings with a minimum diameter of 600mm to a maximum diameter of 3,500mm. Our strength lies in our integrated production process, allowing us to respond flexibly with low prices, short delivery times, and high quality. Furthermore, the rubber seals (dust seals) used in our designed complete slewing bearings are of the "embedded type," which do not require adhesive during installation, unlike conventional dust seals. This eliminates the risk of detachment due to adhesive degradation, ensuring quality and reliability. Additionally, the replacement of dust seals during maintenance is made easier as no adhesive is used.

Company T was looking for a subcontractor for ring-shaped components (φ900×φ300×H300 Wt1300kg, quantity 50) to be used in their products.
