■Replacement of small stage feeding and positioning mechanisms with electric actuators Many existing facilities have not been electrified due to the low frequency of movement and positioning of small stages, as well as the significant technical work required for automation. Our company proposes replacing these facilities with small actuators that can be wirelessly operated using existing tablet devices. ■Efforts towards miniaturization of machine tool spindles With the recent improvements in grinding wheel performance, there has been an increasing demand for heavy grinding. However, conventional spindle structures often require larger sizes to enhance rigidity. To address this issue, we propose an outer cylinder rotating spindle structure.
