• Grinding Machine

We have jointly developed an "electric actuator" that can be easily and conveniently operated wirelessly using tablets and other devices in collaboration with a motor manufacturer. With an outer diameter of φ18, it is shape-compatible with commercially available micrometer heads. It also has a built-in driver, allowing for semi-automatic feeding and positioning operations via a tablet when connected to a commercially available mobile power supply. Features of the outer cylinder rotating spindle for heavy-duty grinding: - By fixing both ends of the central axis and rotating the outer cylinder, it achieves double the rigidity of the bearing stiffness. - Due to its high rigidity, it is possible to make the spindle unit smaller than usual. - Since the load is evenly distributed on both sides of the outer cylinder, the grinding wheel does not tilt during processing, preventing chipping on the edges even when machining grooves with thin grinding wheels. - Suitable for heavy grinding that shapes gear tooth profiles from hardened blanks through grinding alone. - Based on past experience, we can propose various support structures that make it easy to attach and detach grinding wheels.
