マシンビジョンライティング Company Profile
For machine vision image processing applications, trust us, the company that won the VISION AWARD for lighting technology for the first time in the world.
Even experts in machine vision recognize the importance of lighting, but many believe that simply providing uniform illumination will suffice. Most lack knowledge of lighting technology based on the properties of light and have relied on brightness and experience to address issues. This has been the primary reason for the limited expansion of the machine vision system market. In response, a new lighting technology specifically designed for machine vision image systems has been developed. This technology is based on the properties of light and has been introduced in seven published books and by public institutions as "lighting technology as a visual function," or machine vision lighting. This lighting technology won the first place in the VISION Award for lighting technology at VISION 2016, the world's largest image-related exhibition held in Germany, marking it as the first of its kind globally. This achievement highlights the lack of sound lighting technology based on theory that has existed until now. Our company is the world's first to focus on the design and manufacturing of lighting for machine vision applications, as well as consultation on imaging technology.

Business Activities
■ Manufacturing and sales of V-ISA variable irradiation solid angle lighting ■ Imaging experiments with V-ISA variable irradiation solid angle lighting ■ Technical consultation on imaging technology in general The V-ISA Method refers to Variable Irradiation Solid Angle, which is a lighting technology that completely transforms the conventional wisdom of traditional lighting for machine vision. Unlike traditional lighting that simply brightens objects as a light source, V-ISA lighting can illuminate any point on the subject surface under exactly the same conditions, regardless of the distance from the light source. Changes in object light can be quantitatively identified by capturing them with the irradiation solid angle and a constant solid angle element in the observation solid angle, allowing for the identification of all changes in light, including propagation direction. In the V-ISA Method, it is possible to keep the solid angle element constant at all points within the field of view, which allows for the quantitative observation of the four change elements of light in accordance with the changes in the optical properties of the subject. It is like a magical light that fundamentally changes the value of lighting and enables quantitative image acquisition in response to desired changes in the optical properties of the object.
