• Drying Equipment

The "ANL-S Series" is a steam-type product heat treatment system that prevents water droplets from adhering to molded products. • Drying Equipment

The "KRV Series" is a round shelf-type vacuum dryer that allows for oxygen-free drying by completely suctioning the air inside the drying chamber with a vacuum pump. The "KRM-W, HW series" features a touch panel on the operation panel and has replaced the conventional heater relay with an SSC (solid-state relay). It is a machine dedicated to water (clean water medium). The "KRM-W" has a sealed tank that allows a large amount of cooling water to enter directly into the tank, and it can be used at a stable temperature ranging from 40 to 90°C (from low to medium temperature). The "KR-2H Series" is a mold temperature control device that uses an SSC (solid-state relay) for the heater relay, allowing for high-precision temperature regulation. In the event of a malfunction or parts replacement, the process is simple. For example, when replacing the heater, it can be done without draining the medium (oil) from the tank, preventing any mess in the factory. 【Features (Safety System)】 ■ All models are equipped with a leakage breaker for safety. ■ A 99-hour timer function is incorporated to reduce preparation time for work after holidays, etc. ■ Safety devices include dry-run prevention (if the medium in the tank is insufficient), overheating prevention thermostat (power cutoff method - if the maximum operating temperature of the device is exceeded), and pump motor reverse rotation prevention (the device will not operate if the power is connected in reverse phase).
