Since our establishment, we have made significant contributions across various industrial fields as a specialized manufacturer of "light." Our "light" application technology, always looking one step ahead, has been centered around industrial lamps and has expanded into manufacturing equipment for electronic circuit boards and LCD substrates, as well as semiconductor device manufacturing and inspection equipment. Furthermore, we have developed into projection exposure equipment and direct exposure equipment that will support the next generation of electronic circuit formation.
