Pioneer company in mulberry leaf research

Toyotama Health Foods Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 as a 100% subsidiary of Toyotama Fragrance Co., Ltd., a long-established fragrance company founded in 1925. We are the only private participant in a joint research project on the functionality of mulberry leaves centered in Kanagawa Prefecture, and as a pioneer in mulberry leaf research, we provide health food ingredients centered around mulberry leaf extract powder. We also hold registered trademarks such as DNJ and imino sugar. Our mulberry leaf materials include standardized extract powder containing DNJ (1-deoxynojirimycin), sterilized mulberry leaf powder for green juice applications, and roasted and crushed mulberry leaf tea materials for health tea. We offer a wide variety of products tailored to specifications, origins, and uses. In addition to mulberry leaves, we also provide domestically sourced green juice materials such as young barley leaves and young wheat leaves, clove extract powder with lipid absorption suppression effects, and various fruit juice powders ideal for flavoring smoothies and fruit green juices.
