The "VWS series" is a wireless multi-sensor that digitizes the visual confirmation of mechanical pressure gauges, thermometers, and vibration meters. The standard reach is 1 km, but by appropriately placing relay devices, monitoring over longer distances (up to approximately 2 km) is also possible. • Sensors

This is a unique coupling developed for the drive shaft of helicopters, applied for general industrial use. This diaphragm is specially processed to have high torsional rigidity for enabling high torque transmission while being soft against bending and compression. This product has already achieved a maximum rotational speed of 100,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 2700 kN-m, and is being recognized in various fields as an ideal coupling that demonstrates high-speed, high-load torque transmission, lightweight, and lubrication-free characteristics. The DGS series gas-lubricated mechanical seals have been specifically developed for turbo compressors. They feature a wide sealing surface and a U-shaped or V-shaped groove on the rotating ring. By adopting SiC sealing materials coated with a DLC film (diamond-like carbon), they demonstrate excellent operating characteristics even in emergencies. Not only does this enhance the efficiency of the compressor, but it also results in low operating costs, reduced power consumption, high safety during use, long seal life, minimal gas leakage, and no contamination of lubricating oil inside the machine. The MBS100 is a mechanical seal that combines high reliability with excellent economy. It uses Inconel 625 for the bellows material, which excels in acid and alkali resistance, making it an ideal welded metal bellows seal widely used in many industries. 【Features】 - Since there are no operating packings, there is no wear on the sleeve, preventing operational failures of the packing due to deposits on the shaft, and providing stable follow-up performance over a long period. - The special bellows shape achieves excellent spring characteristics and follow-up capability. - The vibration-absorbing damper provided on the inner circumference of the metal rotating ring ensures stable and quiet operating characteristics.

This is a double-type ultra-thin cartridge seal. It can be easily installed without modification on the stuffing box of the pump you are currently using, as well as on pumps with particularly narrow atmospheric side spaces. 【Features】 - Flexible mounting capability. - No need for additional processing of the stuffing box of the pump in use, making installation easy. - No wear on the shaft or sleeve. - Since the spring and knock pin do not come into contact with the fluid, it can avoid operational failures or sticking caused by slurry. - Being stationary, it achieves excellent followability. - The flushing and circulation are directly injected into the sliding surface using a direct injection cooling method, effectively cooling the sliding surface. - The intermediate part of the double seal can be used in both pressurized and non-pressurized states. - In the intermediate pressurized state, there is no leakage of pump fluid to the outside. - In the intermediate non-pressurized state, there is no leakage of intermediate fluid into the inside. - The atmospheric side seal acts as a backup seal, allowing the pump to continue operating even in the event of an abnormality on the inside.

This is a super compact single-type cartridge seal. It can be easily installed without modification on the stuffing box of the pump you are using, as well as on pumps with particularly narrow atmospheric side spaces. 【Features】 - Extremely compact in the axial direction. The total length, including the seal cover, is less than 50mm (2 inches). - No wear on the shaft or sleeve. - No need for additional machining on the stuffing box of the pump in use, making installation easy. - Can be directly mounted on pumps conforming to ISO and DIN standards. - The bolt holes for the seal cover are designed with a U-shaped notch, eliminating the need for measuring PCD dimensions or additional machining for the seal cover bolt holes. - As a stationary type, it achieves excellent followability. - Since the spring and knock pin do not come into contact with the fluid, it can avoid operational failures or sticking caused by slurry. - Standardly equipped with flushing, quenching, and drain ports. - Features an external structure for the stuffing box, providing excellent air cooling effects.
