NO1 (stainless steel) uses a high-output processing machine that utilizes a large amount of nitrogen gas, allowing for smooth cutting surfaces with minimal burrs due to high output and gas pressure. At Kaneyoshi, we own two 8KW lasers. With these 8KW lasers, we achieve beautiful cutting surfaces through high output and gas pressure. Additionally, for materials up to 6mm, we minimize power as much as possible to prevent spatter during cutting. For materials ranging from 8mm to 20mm, high output is necessary for processing, so we use high power for those cuts. Laser cutting of stainless steel can handle up to 25 mm. Q. What is the minimum hole diameter? A. For 10 mm thickness: holes of 5 mm or larger can be made. For 15 mm thickness: holes of 9 mm or larger can be made. For 20 mm thickness: holes of 18 mm or larger can be made. Q. Do you have stock plates? A. We have stock plates of NO1 up to 20 mm, 2B up to 6 mm, and #400・HL up to 3 mm. We also have a system in place to quickly procure other materials as much as possible.
