The biggest feature of this system is that it can be installed in a space-saving manner due to the absence of a requirement for safety fences, allowing the fixed part of the robot system to occupy only 1170mm × 1058mm, significantly reducing the exclusive area compared to conventional systems. This is made possible by using a "collaborative robot" as the main component of the system. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Exclusive area: 1170 × 1058 ■ Relocation: Possible by the customer in about 10 minutes (assuming the same floor) ■ Processing capacity: 7.5 units/min (processing capacity varies depending on workpiece weight and layout) ■ Target product weight: Around 6kg ■ Operator's pallet exchange time: 10 to 20 seconds
