Asakawa Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. has a comprehensive range of heat treatment equipment, including seven mesh belt type continuous furnaces, and has built a wide track record as a designated factory for various automobile manufacturers, performing over 20,000 tons of heat treatment annually. We carry out heat treatment for various components such as fastener parts, valves, cotters, and retainers. Notably, we perform carburizing, quenching, and tempering treatment on approximately 35% of domestic engine valve cotters and about 17% globally, while heat treating around 80% of domestically produced inner nuts and wheel pins for trucks.
