The balancing machine is used to reduce vibrations of rotating bodies and performs balance measurement and correction for all existing rotating bodies. By achieving balance, there are benefits such as improved product performance and increased longevity. Additionally, a precisely balanced rotor can achieve stress-free high-speed rotation, thereby reducing environmental impact. In the horizontal balancing machine, rotors are measured individually, with a hard type for large rotors (approximately 1kg and above) and a soft type for small, high-speed rotating or assembly rotors. You can select based on a flowchart tailored to your application. **Features of the Hard Type:** - Measurement is possible simply by inputting the dimensions of the rotor with permanent scale calibration. No adjustment work is required for each workpiece. - Flexible expansion is possible, covering a wide range of weights by combining two different types. **Features of the Soft Type:** - No special foundation is necessary. The "010 LADT" is a fully automatic balancing machine designed specifically for small turbochargers for automobiles. It consists of an inbound/outbound section, an unbalance measurement section, and a milling correction section, with the workpieces being automatically transported to each station by a two-arm in-machine loader. The "821/823LAMC" is a final balancing machine developed to flexibly accommodate the balancing of crankshafts within the production line. It can measure, correct, and check all automatically with a small installation footprint, allowing for free design of the production line layout. It can accommodate shaft-mounted turbines and compressor wheels with simple setup changes. The "353RNRQ" is a balancing machine specifically designed for propeller shafts.
