Our "Spin Test Service" is a service that actually spins rotating parts at high speeds to verify their "strength." We conduct experiments to determine how fast they can withstand and where their breaking limits are, evaluating safety and durability. We offer contract services for high-speed rotation and destruction testing using our high-speed rotation testing device "Centorio100." The maximum rotation speed is 240,000 rpm, and it can accommodate chamber temperatures up to 250°C. Testing is also possible under vacuum conditions (below 1 mbar) and high-temperature conditions. During the tests, we can accurately measure the points of plastic and elastic deformation, allowing for consistency evaluation with design calculations and analysis of failure behavior, resulting in high-precision data acquisition. Additionally, we capture the moment of failure with a high-speed camera and report waveform data and rotational behavior. The primary subjects of testing are motors and rotor components for electric vehicles, but the service can be applied across various industries, including metal materials, aerospace, and energy equipment. Our company owns the high-performance testing device "Centorio 100," which can handle ultra-high-speed rotation tests of up to 240,000 rpm and high-precision evaluations in environments up to 250 °C. We conduct contract evaluations under various conditions, including verification tests for plastic and elastic deformation of electric vehicle (EV) motors, as well as destructive tests, durability tests, imbalance evaluations, and vacuum tests.
