With this concept, we began selling the natural low-sugar sweetener "Amami-chan (granulated type)" as a sugar substitute starting in April 2021. ■ What is "Amami-chan"? It is a healthy sweetener rich in dietary fiber; consuming 5g of Amami-chan is equivalent to 2.7 packs of natto, contributing to beauty, constipation prevention, and longevity. By simply replacing sugar in daily cooking, you can intake the dietary fiber that is often lacking, supporting your health. Additionally, Amami-chan is made without artificial sweeteners and uses high-purity monk fruit ingredients developed in-house, resulting in no off-flavors or bitterness. It suppresses the cooling sensation typical of xylitol gum, making it perfect for those who are not fond of low-calorie sweeteners.
