This product is a cutting device using a shear (guillotine) method for half-cutting and ear trimming of 2UP CCL molded products. The processing capacity during 2UP is 8 seconds, and even after half-cutting, it can process at a rate of 4 seconds per sheet, allowing for online connection when combined with mechanisms and recirculation devices. The "PCB Polishing, Washing, and Water Removal Device" is a polishing, washing, and water removal device designed to clean SUS plates that have been separated from products after PCB press molding. The polishing roll is equipped with a flap-type polishing cloth roll for four axes. The drying process employs an air knife method using compressed air. The SUS plates, heated by pressing and warm water, benefit from cooling effects while being dried by the air knife. Even immediately after being discharged from this equipment, hot SUS plates are not brought into the processing room. The "CCL SUS Plate End Conveyor" is a conveyor located at the final part of the line that polishes, cleans, and dries SUS plates. It consists of a roller conveyor (or belt conveyor), a SUS plate lifting mechanism, a SUS plate temporary receiving table, and a SUS plate positioning mechanism. By quickly placing the SUS plates transported from upstream onto the temporary receiving table, it prevents delays in the arrival of the next SUS plate. The "CCL Mechanism Table (Layup Table)" is a mechanism table composed of a mechanism lifter, standby lifter, conveyor belt, and empty carrier plate transport device. While the mechanism work is being performed on the mechanism lifter, empty carrier plates for the next mechanism are prepared on the standby lifter. Simultaneously with the completion of the mechanism, the actual carrier plate and the empty carrier plate are replaced at the same time, reducing the replacement time of the carrier plates. The mechanism lifter performs highly advanced leveling control, maintaining a constant mechanism height to achieve stable layup.
