"Cellulose nanofiber (nano cellulose)" is a type of nanofiber that is one-fifth the weight of steel and has a strength 7 to 8 times greater, with a width of 4 to 20 nm. Its coefficient of linear thermal expansion (the degree of expansion and contraction due to temperature changes) is as small as that of glass fibers, and its elasticity is higher than that of glass fibers (meaning it is hard and durable), giving it excellent properties.
