Our company has strengths in the mass production system of small precision plastic (thermoplastic) parts for automotive components and more. Our main products include automotive-related "connector parts," "lighting parts," and "breaker-related parts" for distribution boards. With over 30 years of experience, we are particularly confident in our operation system that ensures no defects in mass-produced items. We have 42 molding machines (30 to 140 tons) equipped with an IoT operation monitoring system, which allows us to monitor operations and track defective products. Additionally, we have two image inspection machines with high-performance cameras, capable of handling mass production items ranging from several hundred thousand to over one million units per month. (High-performance camera inspections require custom orders.) We collaborate with specialized mold manufacturers for precision molds.
