• Assembly Jig

"Dandry's" is a high-precision, high-speed setup jig that easily realizes external setup like that of a pallet changer. External setup + reduction of waiting time for manual machining = improved operational rate and dramatically increased productivity. • Assembly Jig

Dandories are setup jigs created for high-precision machining of a wide variety of single products. They can be prepared externally like a pallet changer, reducing waiting time for manual machining and improving machine utilization rates through external setup, resulting in a productivity increase of over 15%. Additionally, designed with SKD11 for rigidity, they can be made exceptionally thin at 45mm in installation thickness, which is among the best in the industry, minimizing restrictions on the Z stroke. The presence of a Z parallel adjustment feature makes it easy to achieve high precision in Z alignment! The product consists of a plate with holes underneath the vice.

• Processing Jig

We can accommodate up to 4-axis machining with horizontal machining. For parts with tolerances of approximately ±0.1 to 0.2, such as water holes, we can also handle 5-axis machining. We can also support non-discharge machining through tilt processing, which significantly reduces costs. We can work with all types of steel, from SKD61 to SKD11. We have considerable experience, especially in machining parts for hot stamping molds.
