Our company has invented a method to align the orientation of hexagonal boron nitride particles using thin paper threads (about 1/10 the thickness of hair) to create blocks that conduct heat well. By using CNF, it is possible to create tear-resistant sheets with boron nitride particles aligned in one direction. Since all the boron nitride particles in the sheet are aligned in the direction of the sheet surface, stacking them by methods such as rolling or folding can produce blocks with all the boron nitride particles oriented in the same direction. Our company is engaged in the development of low dielectric and high thermal insulation materials using "polyimide porous bodies." Through the development of low dielectric materials with high flexibility and heat resistance, we achieve low dielectric constant and high thermal insulation (low thermal conductivity) with the nanosized porous structure of polyimide (PI). Our company can produce high-performance thermal conductive materials and various separation and permeable membranes through anisotropy control using low-energy, low-cost permanent magnets. We have developed a technology that enables particle orientation with magnetic force comparable to that of permanent magnets (less than 1T).
