The salt bath furnace dedicated to high-speed steel, which has now become a rarity in the country. Heat treatment using salt baths is suitable for thick high-speed steel products. This treatment method, which is the origin of heat treatment, enables highly precise heat treatment. It provides a buoyancy of about 2 to 3 times the specific gravity to the immersed products without causing them to float, thereby reducing bending during heating due to their own weight. When products are set in a basket and the cycle start button is pressed, tempering is automatically repeated twice.
