A sheath heater is a heating element that surrounds a heating wire with an insulating material for electrical insulation, and further protects it with a metal tube on the outside. We would like to introduce the "Fin Heater" offered by Churitsu Electric Co., Ltd. This product comes in two types: one that wraps a steel band around a sheath heater, and another that passes an aluminum plate through and compresses it onto the sheath heater. We would like to introduce "Die Casting and Gravity" offered by Churitsu Electric Co., Ltd. In addition to aluminum casting for sheath heaters, we also perform crimping processes on aluminum parts.
