The high-alumina refractory bricks of the Logics series are increasingly being used in areas that traditionally relied on clay bricks, as the operating conditions of kilns have become more severe in recent years. There is a strong trend towards the gradual transition to high-alumina materials, and the quality is also becoming more diverse. In response to this trend, our company carefully selects all natural and artificial high-alumina raw materials, while thoroughly managing key manufacturing aspects such as raw material formulation, particle size adjustment, molding pressure, and firing temperature, to provide products suitable for various applications.

High-temperature sintered high-alumina refractory bricks are standard refractories with a wide range of applications, developed based on our company's long-standing experience and achievements in industrial furnace design and construction technology. The structural composition of this product, including the aggregate and matrix parts, is manufactured with consideration of the characteristics of various raw materials. If you let us know your required usage conditions, we will select the appropriate type for you. Additionally, we also offer high-logics mortar suitable for use with the high-logics series, so please feel free to request it along with the bricks.

The FS series (fused silica products) is a glass composition refractory made by melting and crushing quartz, then slip mixing it with appropriate aggregates and fine fillers, followed by casting and firing.

The IRSH-type ultra-low NOx regenerative burner uses two burners with heat storage media as a pair, alternately flowing furnace gas and combustion air to recover waste heat as high-temperature air, employing an alternating combustion method. To achieve low NOx combustion, it directly sprays fuel and air into the high-temperature furnace through separate nozzles, significantly slowing down the combustion speed and greatly suppressing NOx generation, making it the latest energy-saving combustion system.
