The IRSH-type ultra-low NOx regenerative burner uses two burners with heat storage media as a pair, alternately flowing furnace gas and combustion air to recover waste heat as high-temperature air, employing an alternating combustion method. To achieve low NOx combustion, it directly sprays fuel and air into the high-temperature furnace through separate nozzles, significantly slowing down the combustion speed and greatly suppressing NOx generation, making it the latest energy-saving combustion system.

● Burner Structure and Principle It consists of an air register, two gas nozzles, a pilot burner, and a heat storage chamber. The combustion air is heat exchanged by the heat storage material (alumina balls) filled in the heat storage chamber and is ejected into the furnace at high speed from the air register nozzle with high-temperature air. When the furnace temperature is low, the fuel gas is ejected from the high-temperature air supply port of the air register through the primary gas nozzle. When the furnace temperature reaches above the ignition temperature, the gas supply from the primary gas nozzle is stopped, and gas is ejected from the secondary gas nozzle opened in the furnace, forming a recirculation flow and enabling slow combustion, significantly suppressing NOx emissions.
