Yamakin started as a non-ferrous metal sales company in 1916 and has since developed into a manufacturer of flat wire and coiled wire made from copper, brass, aluminum, and zinc. What we manufacture may not be useful on its own, but when incorporated into a system, it becomes valuable. Yamakkin is a manufacturer of flat wires and coiled wires made of copper, brass, aluminum, and zinc. Utilizing rolling technology for flat wire production, we manufacture bare flat wires for coil winding used in transformers, welding machines, reactors, lifting magnets, and insulated paper-wrapped wires using materials from reliable major wire manufacturers, including craft paper, amine-added paper, Nomex paper, and PEN film. We consistently produce from conductor manufacturing to final paper-wrapped products under a robust quality management system, aiming for short delivery times and high quality. **Features** - **Wide range of flat wire manufacturing**: We possess numerous types of flat rolling machines, allowing for a wide range of production in both width and thickness, with a manufacturing capability of up to a ratio of 15:1 for both copper and aluminum compared to drawing processing. - **Minimal variation in taping pitch and winding strength**: Our unique paper winding machines result in very small variations in winding pitch, and winding strength can be precisely controlled, ensuring stable insulation properties. - **Ability to wind onto large drums, contributing to reduced loss**: For copper, we can deliver in various drum forms according to customer requests, with weights of up to 400 kg, and for aluminum, up to 150 kg.
