"Rose Bronze" is a copper alloy for mechanical components that serves as a replacement for the six commonly used types of bronze. It possesses cutting performance, mechanical strength, sliding performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance equivalent to CAC406, is excellent in castability, has no dezincification corrosion, and is priced almost the same. It can be used without issues in bearings, sliding materials, and transmission parts related to electrical and electronic equipment, transmission machinery, and machine tools exported to the EU. We can cut to the desired length starting from a minimum of 15mm. 【Cuttable Products】 'CAC406C (formerly BC6C) Round Bar/Pipe' This is a product commonly referred to as "brass" and is the most widely used among continuous cast products. 'CAC502C (formerly PBC2C) Round Bar/Pipe' Compared to CAC406C (formerly BC6C), it has excellent spring properties. It has a slightly reddish tint. It possesses high strength and good machinability for bending and forming. It complies with RoHS directives. 'CAC408C (RB-8) Round Bar/Pipe' This is a product developed by our company, with reduced lead content, and it is a RoHS-compliant product without cadmium. Machinability is almost unchanged compared to CAC406C (formerly BC6C).
