We can custom cut to the desired length starting from a minimum of 15mm. 【Products Available for Cutting】 ‘CAC406C (formerly BC6C) Round Bar/Pipe’ This is a product commonly referred to as "gunmetal" and is the most widely used among continuous cast products. ‘CAC502C (formerly PBC2C) Round Bar/Pipe’ Compared to CAC406C (formerly BC6C), it has superior spring properties. It has a slightly reddish hue. It possesses high strength and good machinability for bending and drawing. It complies with RoHS directives. ‘CAC408C (RB-8) Round Bar/Pipe’ This is a product developed by our company, with reduced lead content and is compliant with RoHS directives, free of cadmium. Its machinability is nearly the same as CAC406C (formerly BC6C). ‘C6191 (formerly ABB2) Round Bar’ This is used for parts that require strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance among the various aluminum bronzes. *For more details on cut products, please refer to the catalog.

"Rose Bronze" is a copper alloy for mechanical components that serves as a replacement for the six commonly used types of bronze. It possesses cutting performance, mechanical strength, sliding performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance equivalent to CAC406, and it has excellent castability, with no dezincification corrosion, and is priced almost the same. It can be used without issue in bearings, sliding materials, and transmission parts in electric and electronic equipment, transmission machinery, and machine tools exported to the EU.
