Since its establishment as a textile manufacturer in 1923 (Taisho 12) in Fukushima Prefecture, the Nitto Boseki Group has accumulated and passed down technology and knowledge over the years, including the industrialization of Japan's first fiberglass in 1938 and the industrialization of the functional polymer "PAA(R)." Currently, the company is widely expanding its business both domestically and internationally, focusing on three core areas: the textile business, the fiberglass business, and the life sciences business.
