"DCMX" is a matrix-type cold work die steel that has significantly reduced coarse carbides through the optimization of alloy composition and manufacturing processes. It can achieve a high hardness of 62 HRC under dimension-focused heat treatment conditions. It has extremely high toughness, which greatly reduces the occurrence of cracking and chipping. Furthermore, it has very low anisotropy in heat treatment dimensional changes, making dimensional control during heat treatment easy. "DHA-Thermo" is a functional hot work tool steel designed to promote heat removal for small parts such as inserts, ejector pins, and spool cores used in die casting and low-pressure casting. Due to the rapid solidification of the product during casting, it is effective in refining the casting structure and improving the occurrence of casting defects. "NAK55/NAK80" is a high-performance, precision plastic mold steel with a pre-hardened type at 40HRC level. "NAK55" is suitable for precision molds with minimal distortion during use. "DC11" is a cold work die steel that has excellent wear resistance and hardens through air cooling. Due to vacuum degassing refining, its internal quality is clean. Additionally, compared to "SKD1," it has approximately 20% better machinability.
