The flexible shaft is constructed by winding special high-strength steel wire in alternating right and left twists, which has received high praise for its strength and durability. (Some customers refer to it as a flex shaft.) Additionally, our product is wound without rebound, so it hardly rebounds (spring back) no matter where it is cut. You can freely choose from various types of flexible shafts (standard type, high torque type, hardened type, left and right compatible, heavy-duty type, etc.) according to your needs. Upon request, we can also adjust the flexibility and manufacture shafts with a diameter of up to φ50mm. Furthermore, we can also produce shafts made from stainless steel wire for springs.

The exposure of the rotating part is minimal, ensuring safety. It has excellent dust resistance. The flexible sander (grinding machine, polishing machine) is ideal for long hours of grinding and polishing work. The grip section has a diameter of 39mm, similar to a bicycle handle grip.
