We are very grateful for the support of everyone in the community. Recently, I visited a construction site in Osaka. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Nagoya to Osaka, which is a perfect distance for a drive. The site I visited is a customer engaged in environmental business, and it involves equipment that supplies powdered raw materials to the production line. We are able to utilize our expertise in "storage, weighing, and supply" for this work. Here is an example of replacing a ready-mix concrete hopper gate in an assembly. Since the plant is old and there are no existing drawings, we sketched the actual item and designed and manufactured it ourselves. After trial operation, it was successfully completed. We carried out the replacement work of the aging water tank inside the ready-mixed concrete plant. The work took place on a floor lined with various measuring instruments, requiring careful attention due to the presence of many devices such as load cells around the existing water tank being dismantled. We disassembled it into sizes that could be transported outside. The newly installed water tank was also designed to be assembled in a size that could be brought in. We would like to introduce a case of updating a belt conveyor at a concrete secondary product factory in Shiga Prefecture. In conjunction with changes to the line supplying aggregates from the corrugated silo, we updated two conveyors: one that extracts aggregates from the corrugated silo and another that relays them. Additionally, during this project, we also updated the gates along with the belt conveyors. We would like to introduce the scale update work conducted at a concrete secondary product factory in Gifu Prefecture. Due to the aging of the scale, it was decided to update it. Before the update, a single-point suspension method using one load cell was in place, but it was improved to a three-point suspension method in conjunction with the update. The existing unit was a single-piece container, which made it time-consuming and difficult to dismantle. We would like to introduce the mixer renewal work carried out at a concrete secondary product factory in Aichi Prefecture. Due to the aging of the mixer, it was decided to update it, and in this project, we also replaced the weighing device, ready-mixed concrete hopper gate, and various chutes. We would like to introduce the pipe beam replacement work carried out at a ready-mixed concrete plant in Aichi Prefecture for the aggregate storage silo. The pipe-shaped beams inside the silo used for storing aggregates had deteriorated, necessitating their replacement. The surface of the central pipe beam had worn down, resulting in a hole that allowed aggregates to enter. Before the work, the pipes were a single piece, but they were designed and manufactured in a split format to allow for the replacement of only the worn areas. In this project, two tiers of pipe beams were replaced, improving maintenance accessibility. We would like to introduce the bag filter replacement work carried out at a ready-mixed concrete factory in the Hokuriku region. The bag filter needed to be replaced due to aging. Being in a coastal area, significant corrosion had occurred, resulting in large holes. In this project, in addition to the bag filter replacement, we also replaced the handrails at the customer's request. We would like to introduce the relocation work of the cement silo that was carried out at a concrete secondary products factory in Shiga Prefecture. With the construction of the new plant, it was necessary to move the silo to a different location, and we conducted the relocation work. The silo to be relocated has a diameter of 4,800 mm, a height of 13,000 mm, and weighs approximately 11 tons. This was the first time we relocated a silo of this size, and we were concerned about whether the silo would deform when lifted, but we were relieved to complete the work safely. The screw conveyor we are introducing this time has an outer diameter of 350A, a length of 5,300mm, and a capacity of 50t/h.
