Recently, we conducted an inspection of the chain conveyor at our customer's factory. Since a long time has passed since its installation, we took a thorough approach to conduct a detailed inspection. The structure consists of rollers inside the plates, which move along the rails within the conveyor. Both the rollers and rails wear down in proportion to their frequency of use. We measured and recorded the diameters of areas with less wear and areas with more wear on the rollers individually. We would like to introduce the piping repair work for the air transport equipment that was carried out in August 2023 by the Public Relations Committee. Air transport equipment utilizes compressed air from a roots blower to transport materials, allowing for the long-distance and large-scale transportation of powdered materials and others. The customer is a ready-mixed concrete plant located in Gifu Prefecture, where a hole developed in a bend pipe while transporting cement from the storage tank to the batch plant. We would like to introduce a case of "Cement Transport Pipeline Restoration Work" conducted at the Cement Service Station in Ishikawa Prefecture. Due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred in January 2024, the port facilities were damaged, and the entry of cement tanker ships has been impossible. After injecting air into the pipeline for inspection, the asphalt was excavated, and the buried pipeline was removed. Foundation work was then carried out, followed by the installation of the new pipeline.
